Shuyi Tealicious, a well-known chain tea beverage brand, has gone live with the Gwall WMS, TMS, BMS and OMS systems. Through an integrated deployment spanning orders, warehousing, distribution and billing, the project unifies the group's warehousing and logistics information, coordinates supply chain resources, and enables digital operations on a management middle platform.

7,000 stores nationwide

From 2007 to 2023, Shuyi Tealicious grew from a single store to 7,000 stores nationwide, rebranded from 85°Tea to Shuyi Tealicious, and evolved from one entrepreneur's venture into a collective endeavor. Over those sixteen years, the brand has stayed true to its craftsmanship and original aspiration, focusing on grass jelly and continuously upgrading quality and introducing innovations—all with the goal of bringing a fresh, healthy tea drinking experience to today's fast-paced lifestyle.

In 2022, Shuyi Tealicious secured nearly RMB 1 billion in investment from Juewei Food, Qiaqia Food, Tencent Investment, and the renowned strategic positioning firm Trout, further consolidating its leadership in the industry. Through the joint efforts of all partners, Shuyi Tealicious has become an entrepreneurial platform with eight branches, five offices, and over a thousand franchise partners nationwide.

Upgrading and optimizing the group warehousing and logistics system

This project focuses on Shuyi Tealicious' offline warehousing and distribution operations, covering multiple warehouse centers. Gwall's WOTB full-chain system has been deployed to further refine the group's warehousing and logistics framework, connect the multiple business systems across front and back ends, and deliver integrated, digital supply chain management.

Through the Gwall WMS application, bin- and inventory-level precision is achieved across dry goods, frozen products, fruit, apparel and utensils, with flexible batch control and traceability management. Inbound and outbound workflows are standardized, with system-guided operations reducing reliance on manual effort and sharply boosting picking and shipping efficiency—meeting the daily outbound demand of several thousand items across nearly 10,000 offline stores.
