Transition to an Automated, Digital Smart Factory

Faced with the group's rapid business growth and its urgent need to shift toward smart manufacturing, Wanghai Group entered into a strategic partnership with Gwall Technology to jointly advance the digital upgrade of its supply chain.

By deploying Gwall's WMS and tailoring it to the characteristics of feed and animal health products, the company optimized key processes such as production coding, inbound put-away and picking/outbound, significantly reducing its reliance on staff experience while improving both operational efficiency and accuracy. At the same time, the introduction of Gwall's YMS established a highly collaborative framework that brings intelligent management to yard navigation and dock scheduling, comprehensively elevating the plant's overall service level.

On this foundation, the project further connects multiple front- and back-end business systems and integrates various automated and intelligent equipment within the plant, building a real-time, unified inventory management system that covers multiple factories and distribution centers. It achieves precise traceability across the entire flow from production to outbound, effectively raising capacity and shortening delivery lead times. Through the deep integration of digitalization and intelligence, the solution enables more stable, higher-quality products and logistics services for customers, laying a solid supply chain management foundation for the group's long-term development.
